Dota 6.59c Official Map is released to fix some exploit on Dota 6.59b side quest. If you curious, you can still check the Dota 6.59b bug. Another thing is, Tauren Chieftain quest, hero that will be introduced on Dota 6.60, is removed in this version though.Here is the complete Dota 6.59c changelogs:
